Terms of service

A place in Women Who Build, month by month. You choose your own launch date when you commit, your plan is built to fit it, and you stay as long as you keep paying. There is no fixed program length and no end date you have to hit.

The price is $25 a month, charged on the same day each month until you cancel. Members who paid for the earlier $500 program keep what they paid for. Whatever your price is, it is shown on the payment page before you enter a card, and that is the amount you will be charged. There is nothing added at checkout.

Included in that:

• Weekly live sessions with the group, on Sunday evenings.
• A place in an accountability pod, a small group of women launching alongside you.
• Your own launch plan in the app, built around what you are actually building.
• The resources, templates and tools inside the app for the length of your cycle.

It is a one time payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurring is charged and there is nothing to cancel.

The app plan is a different thing: a monthly subscription, bought through Apple inside the iPhone app, at the price shown in the app. Apple bills you and renews it automatically each month until you cancel it, in iPhone Settings under Subscriptions. Refunds for it are handled by Apple, under Apple's policies, not by us.

It includes your launch tracker, your checklist, your KPIs, and the resources and courses in the app. It does not include the community, the Sunday sessions, a pod, or the discussion board. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it separately, in Settings, if you want the billing to stop.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Email hello@womenwhobuild.app and we will confirm the cancellation the same day.

Places are not sold from a button. Everyone speaks with us first, on a short intro call, because arriving in the middle of a group that already knows each other works badly for everybody when it is not a fit. We may decline an application, and if we do before you have paid, nothing is owed in either direction.

You need to be eighteen or over, and the account you create is yours alone. Please do not share your login, because your pod needs to know who they are talking to.

This works because of what members give each other, so most of what follows is about protecting that.

• What is said in a session or a pod stays there. People share revenue numbers, mistakes and things that are not going well, and that only keeps happening if it is safe.
• Treat other members well. Harassment, discrimination and cruelty get you removed, without a refund.
• Do not use the community as a list to sell to. Members are here to build, not to be pitched.
• Do not share program materials outside the group, or resell them.

You own your business, your ideas, and everything you make. Nothing here gives us any claim on your company or your work, and we do not take equity.

We own the program itself, meaning the curriculum, the templates, the resources and the app. You may use all of it for your own business as much as you like. You may not republish it, resell it, or teach it as your own.

When you post something in the community, you are giving other members and us permission to see it and to respond to it inside the community. If we ever wanted to quote you publicly, for example in a testimonial, we would ask you first.

We will give you the structure, the accountability and the honest feedback. We cannot promise that you will launch, that your product will work, or that you will make any particular amount of money, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does promise that. Those outcomes depend on your business and on how much of the work you do.

Your plan and your checklist are built from your answers and from general launch practice. They are a starting point, not instructions you must follow, and not a guarantee that following them will work. Requirements from Apple, Google, payment providers, and the law change, and differ by place and situation, and we may get something wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters for your product against the source, and against someone qualified where it is legal, tax, financial, or medical. What you build, what you launch, and what you tell your customers are your decisions, and your responsibility.

Nothing in this program or the app is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. For those, talk to someone qualified in that field.

We aim to keep the app available and the sessions running as scheduled, but we cannot guarantee either without interruption. If a session has to move, we will tell you as early as we can.

You can leave whenever you want by cancelling. You keep access through the month you have paid for, and nothing obliges you to stay a day past it.

We can remove someone who breaks the conduct expectations above, or who behaves in a way that makes the group worse for everyone else. That is a decision we would only take seriously and rarely, and it does not come with a refund.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this program or the app is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect losses, and we are not liable for a rejection, a delay, a fine, lost revenue, or any other loss that follows from acting on the plan, the checklist, or the courses. Some places do not allow those limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as they are permitted.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and, when the change actually affects you, tell you rather than hoping you notice. Changes do not apply backwards to a cycle you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
