We answer within one business day, and usually a lot sooner. If you are already a member you can also just reply to any email we have sent you, or message us in the app, whichever is easier.

If you see a payment from us and want to check what it was, this is almost certainly it.

• Charges from us appear on your statement as WOMENWHOBUILD.
• The only thing we charge for is a place in the group: $25 a month, on the same day each month, until you cancel. Members who joined before September 2026 paid $500 once instead, and have no monthly charge. If you cancel, you are not charged again after the month you have already paid for.
• If something looks wrong, such as two charges in one month, email us before you dispute it. We will look it up and fix it the same day, and that reaches you faster than a dispute does.

You can cancel at any time, no reason needed, and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Email us and we confirm it the same day.

• Waiting on your invite? A real person sends those by hand after your payment clears, so it is not instant. Check your spam folder, then email us.
• Cannot sign in? Use the forgot password link on the sign in page. If that does not arrive, email us and we will sort it directly.
• Something broken? Tell us what you were doing when it happened and we will chase it down.

To delete your account, open your profile and choose Delete account; it is immediate and cannot be undone. To get a copy of what we hold or correct something, email us. What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.
